For me, sport has always been more than just wins and trophies. It's a way to give back. A chance to use the platform I’ve been given to make a real difference. In 2024, during my time in Acapulco, I wanted every serve to mean something more.
Before the Abierto Mexicano Telcel began, I pledged to donate $1,000 for every ace I hit during the tournament to support the victims of Hurricane Otis, which devastated parts of Mexico in 2023.
Over the course of three matches, I hit 15 aces, which meant a total donation of $15,000 went directly to the communities impacted by this disaster.
These funds became part of the broader effort led by Reconstruyendo Acapulco, a project that’s not just rebuilding homes but also restoring dignity, emotional resilience, and a sense of community. So far, the initiative has delivered 73 homes, with many more under construction, as well as a school and a chapel underway.
I feel truly humbled to have played a small role in such a powerful mission. Tennis took me to Mexico, but this experience in 2024 reminded me that impact goes far beyond the court.

Madrid, Spain:
2025 Laureus World Sports Awards
April 21, 2025
Last night in Madrid was something truly special. The 2025 Laureus World Sports Awards reminded me once again why sport is such a powerful force. It connects, it inspires, and it celebrates human potential in its purest form.
I had the privilege of attending alongside Paula, and sharing that evening with her made it even more memorable. Being surrounded by so many incredible athletes from all over the world was really inspiring. You could feel the energy in the room. So many stories, so many journeys. It reminded me why I love sport and how powerful it can be, not just for us athletes, but for everyone who watches, supports, and believes in what we do. A big thank you to Pedro del Hierro for dressing us for the occasion. We appreciated it more than we can say.
Madrid was beautiful as always. Now, it’s time to get back to work with fresh motivation.
Stefanos.

Back to Barcelona:
Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell
Dear friends,
Barcelona calls.
There’s something about this city that always inspires me. The mix of history and modernity, the rhythm of life, the way the sun hits the clay. Returning to the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell feels like reconnecting with an old friend.
Clay court tennis is a different kind of dance. It teaches you to trust, to endure, to stay patient in the chaos. Every rally feels like a conversation, and I’m ready to speak with my racquet.
Training’s been focused. Energy’s good. The hunger is there. I’m excited to compete, to challenge myself, and to keep growing on court and off.
Thanks for being on this journey with me. See you in Barcelona.
All the best,
Stefanos

Monte Carlo, A Special Return
Monte Carlo will always feel like a homecoming. As a three-time champion, walking through the gates of this tournament brings a wave of memories: moments of triumph, resilience, and growth.
Winning my first Masters 1000 title here in 2021 was unforgettable. Defending it in 2022 deepened that connection. And lifting the trophy again in 2024 was a moment that reminded me of how far I’ve come.
This year didn’t unfold the way I had hoped on the court, but returning to Monte Carlo was still special in its own right. Every match teaches you something. Every step on that red clay adds to the story.
As the clay season continues, I carry the lessons forward with gratitude for what’s behind me and focus for what’s ahead.

Off the Court:
Aston Martin Magazine
I recently sat down with Aston Martin Magazine to talk about my love for precision and performance, whether in a well-placed shot or a beautifully designed car. Finding that perfect balance is something I strive for in every aspect of life.
“I think my love for Aston Martin started with James Bond, like it probably did for a lot of people. There’s something timeless and sharp about it, design meets purpose.”
This year, I had the chance to share that obsession in an interview with Aston Martin Magazine, where we talked about speed, craftsmanship, and why driving clears my head almost as much as a long rally.
I recently got my hands on a V12 Speedster, my first supercar, and yes, it’s every bit as fun as it looks. And I’ve got a Valhalla on the way too. Can’t wait.
“I’m always chasing perfection, whether it's in tennis or behind the wheel. Both require focus, feel, and knowing exactly when to hit the gas.”

My first ATP 500 title:
Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships
In case you missed it, I clinched my first ATP 500 title at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships last month, defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime 6-3, 6-3 in the final. This victory marked my 12th career title and returned me to the Top 10 in the ATP rankings.
This win was particularly special as it ended an 11-match streak of losses in ATP 500 finals. Reflecting on the match, I felt my focus levels were at their highest, which was crucial in securing the victory.
